We source off-market single family homes, multi-family, land, commercial, RV parks, hotels, and tear-downs — then underwrite them and assign them to a vetted network of investors, builders, hospitality operators, and capital partners.

Our edge is access. We've spent the last decade building direct relationships with sellers, brokers, and estate attorneys that put us in deals 60–180 days before they would have hit the open market — if they hit at all.
