When you submit a property, join the buyers list, contact us, or speak with our assistant, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the property address and details, your timeline, and anything you write in the message or conversation. We also record basic visit information — the page you arrived on, the referring website, campaign parameters in the link you followed, and your device type — so we know how people find us.

We use your details to review your property or buying criteria, to contact you about it by phone, text, or email, and to keep our own records of the enquiry. Visit information is used only to understand where enquiries come from.

If you tick the consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive calls and texts about your request at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text or tell us on a call to stop at any time.

We share your details with the service providers that run our systems — our database and hosting provider, our customer relationship system, and the services that send our calls, texts, and email — and with buyers or partners only when doing so is necessary to progress the transaction you asked us about.
